    Fourth Quarter 2024 Results Update

    The changes implemented during the year to strengthen Formpipe’s market position have made operational progress in both company’s business areas. However, the financial impact of these changes is expected to take longer than previously anticipated. The quarter was also burdened by a one-time cost for the cyber incident that occurred in the Danish operations during the autumn. Together with costs for ongoing change projects related to the repackaging of the Lasernet offering and the establishment of ONEPublic, which will be completed by the summer, the quarter’s results are negatively affected.

    Cybersecurity incident at Formpipe’s Danish subsidiary

    The Danish subsidiary of Formpipe has identified a cybersecurity incident affecting some internal servers in Denmark. As of now, Formpipe assesses limited impact on its operations.· Formpipe has taken immediate action and has engaged professional cybersecurity experts for incident management and business continuity · Formpipe has notified the Danish Police and the Danish Centre for Cyber Security and notified the Danish Data Protection Agency of the incident in accordance with Danish data protection laws · The incident is isolated to the Danish operation of business area Public, i.e.,

    Formpipe appoints Sophie Reinius as CFO

    Sophie Reinius strengthens Formpipe's Group Management as new CFO as of October 21.Sophie Reinius brings with her over 20 years of experience from large international technology companies, where she has held senior positions. Most recently, she comes from the role as CFO at Arelion, before that she was CFO at Coromatic and Net4Mobility. She has also held roles as controller at Microsoft in Sweden, controller for the Nordic region and operations manager for Sweden within Philips Home Healthcare and before that at Schneider Electric as group controller for the Nordic and Baltic countries.

    Formpipe announces change of CFO

    Chief Financial Officer Joakim Alfredson will leave his position and Formpipe Software AB (publ) at the end of the first quarter 2025. Mr Alfredson has been with the company for 17 years and has been a member of the Group Management.     Increased number of shares and votes in Formpipe.

    During May 2024 the number of shares and votes in Formpipe have increased as a result of the directed share issue carried out in connection with acquisition of Dictymatec SARL.The share issue resulted in that the number of shares and votes increased by 40,296 and the share capital increased by SEK 4,029.60. As per 31 May 2024 the number of outstanding shares and votes in the company amounts to 54,258,121 and the company’s share capital amounts to SEK 5,425,812.10.

    Formpipe Software AB carries out directed share issue in connection with acquisition

    The Board of Directors of Formpipe Software AB (publ) ("Formpipe" or "the Company") has today, with the support of authorization from the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2024, decided on a directed share issue of 40,296 shares in connection with the previously communicated acquisition of Dictymatec SARL.The reasons for the share issue and the deviation from the shareholders' preferential rights are that the Company has acquired Dictymatec SARL.     Formpipe is taking several steps to further strengthen its market position. From January 1, 2024 the business areas for the Swedish and Danish public sectors will be merged into one.
