Fredensborg Kommune and FormPipe Software sign new contract worth SEK 1.8 million

As of 28 June 2013, the Danish municipality Fredensborg Kommune and FormPipe Software’s subsidiary Traen sign new contract expanding their solution of ECM product Acadre. The total order value amounts to SEK 1.8 million for a duration of another four years.

Fredensborg kommune has chosen to extend and expand the use of Acadre for the next 4 years, the focus has been on automation and the support of internal processes.

Fredensborg Kommune has during 2012 made a benchmark of the ECM solutions in the market. The result shows Acadre as one of the leading systems and fully meets the demands from the market and the common public frame architecture.

Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 0,3 million are recorded in second quarter of 2013, while associated revenue will be allocated throughout the contract period.
