The Danish municipality Esbjerg Kommune and FormPipe Software sign new contract worth SEK 4.3 million

As of 24 April 2013, the Danish municipality Esbjerg Kommune and FormPipe Software’s subsidiary Traen sign new contract governing implementing and maintenance of ECM product Acadre. The contract has a duration of four years and the total order value amounts to SEK 4.3 million.

Following a tendering round, Esbjerg Kommune has entered into an agreement with FormPipe Software’s subsidiary Traen governing implementation and maintenance of ECM product Acadre. Esbjerg Kommune selected Acadre based on the best score on “value for money” amongst five competitive proposals.

Esbjerg Kommune is the fifth largest municipality in Denmark and they will be part of the Acadre user group where more than forty municipalities participate.

Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 0.8 million are recorded in the second quarter of 2013, while associated revenue will be recognized over the contract period.
