Change in Fortum Executive Management – head of Business Technology to leave Fortum

Mr Arun Aggarwal, Senior Vice President, Business Technology, and Fortum have mutually agreed that he will leave Fortum. Mr Aggarwal joined Fortum in 2018 and has been a member of the Fortum Executive Management ever since. As of today, Ms Sanna Pekari, M.Sc. (Civil Eng.), MBA, resumes the role as Senior Vice President, Business Technology and will report to Fortum’s President and CEO, Markus Rauramo. Ms Pekari will not be a member of Fortum Executive Management. Sanna Pekari is currently responsible for business support and digitalisation in Fortum’s Business Technology. Mr Aggarwal will be available to support Ms Pekari in the transition to her new role.
