Fortum's Operating and Financial Review and Financial Statements 2020 published

Fortum's Financials 2020, comprising the Operating and Financial Review, the Financial Statements, and the Auditor's Report, has been published. For the first time, Fortum publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Deloitte Oy has provided Fortum an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Fortum’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).

In addition, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report, and the CEO’s Business Review 2020 have been published today.

The other two reports that are part of Fortum's 2020 reporting entity will be published later; the Tax Footprint during week 13 at the latest, and the Sustainability Report during week 17 at the latest.
