The CEO’s review to the Annual General Meeting 2020 of Fortum Corporation published

Fortum has undertaken several precautionary measures to be able to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting and to ensure the safety of the persons who have to be present at the meeting. The meeting shall be kept as short as possible, which is why a video recording of the comprehensive review by President and CEO Pekka Lundmark to the meeting has now been published on the company’s website: www.fortum.com/agm. The review is in Finnish with English language subtitles. At the Annual General Meeting, Pekka Lundmark will present a shortened version of the review.
A shareholder who was registered on 9 April 2020 in the shareholders’ register of the company has a possibility to follow the Annual General Meeting through a live webcast. The link can be subscribed by 23 April at 13:00 EEST from https://ir.innovatics.fi/ir/en/fortum/Agm/Registration/2020_1/Accept.
The company urges shareholders to avoid attending the Annual General Meeting in person. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the Annual General Meeting can only be held if the number of participants at the meeting is so low that the meeting can be held in compliance with the instructions given by the authorities.
