everis doubles its revenues in Belgium

The consulting firm has grown in all geographies

• The company turnover was € 691 million worldwide, 14% more than the previous fiscal year

• European Institutions is the firm’s main client in their offices in Brussels, with presence in the Belgian market since 2011

• This is the first fiscal year after joining the multinational group NTT DATA

Brussels, Tuesday, July 9, 2015. – everis, a multinational consulting firm, has doubled its revenues compared to the previous year, reaching a turnover of € 32 million (from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015). The company had a total turnover of € 691 million and an EBITDA of 52.4 million euros.

everis, with presence in 5 European countries (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the UK) and 7 in America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and the United States), is part of NTT DATA, the 6th largest global IT services company and they operate with more than 75,000 professionals worldwide. This means that everis has the financial strength and capabilities to tackle a wide range of projects and provide solutions to its customers regardless of their complexity and scale.

Commitment to young talent in Belgium

With offices in Brussels since 2011, the company has more than 300 employees working for this market. It plans to boost employment during this fiscal year. In line with the everis goal of enhancing young talent everis plans to hire new graduates.

The everis University offers training to all professionals with an annual investment of up to € 9 million. The company also provides everyone with a personal tutor thanks to its new mentoring methodology.

Europe: Belgium doubled turnover

In Europe, the Belgium and the UK were the markets where everis grew to more than double in terms of revenue: Belgium from 16 to 32 million euros and UK from 6 to 13. Meanwhile, the Italian and Portuguese markets also recorded higher figures than the previous year. The first increased its turnover by 17% (reaching 34.4 million euros), while the latter grew by 18% (reaching 17.2 million euros).

The European institutions everis Belgium core business

With regards to business areas, the European Institutions were everis’ main client in their Belgian office.

Banking remained the most important for the company in terms of volume in the last fiscal year, with 33% of company turnover. However, the division that grew the most was Industry, which has increased its sales by 40% reaching € 115 million.

Also of note was the increase in revenue in transformation projects based on the use of information technology in the Utilities sector, standing at € 114 million, representing a 16% increase.

The Americas: the business increased to € 197 million

As for the Americas, business grew by 11% achieving a turnover of € 197 million. Regarding turnover, it is worth highlighting the growth of the Brazilian market, reaching a turnover of € 52 million, representing 18% more than the same period in the previous year. This upward trend was also recorded in Mexico (+ 10% to 32.1 million) and Peru (+ 38% to 22 million). It is noteworthy that US market increased revenues by 27% reaching € 17 million.

Forecast for this fiscal year

Regarding the economic forecast for this fiscal year, the everis Group expects to continue growing at a double-digit pace. The company plans to increase the size of contracts (Big Deals) with large multinationals and enhance these partnerships to offer all possible solutions to the market.
