everis doubles its revenues in the United Kingdom
The consulting firm grows on all continents
- The company achieved a turnover of €691 million worldwide, up by 14% from the previous fiscal year
- The firm, with offices in London since 2012, is on course to triple its business and its workforce this year
- This is the first fiscal year after everis joined the multinational group NTT DATA
London, Tuesday, July 9, 2015 - everis, a multinational consulting firm, has doubled its revenues since the previous year; reaching a turnover of €13 million (from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.) The company generated a total turnover of €691 million worldwide and an EBITDA of €52.4 million.
everis, with offices in five European countries (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the UK) and seven in America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and the United States), is part of NTT DATA. Commitment to young talent in the UK
The company, with offices in London, employs nearly 100 employees and operates in the UK market since 2012. everis plans to boost employment during this fiscal year due to a forecasted triple growth in sales in this fiscal year; requiring an equal increase in its staff in the London office. Most of the new recruits will be graduates, in line with the everis goal of enhancing young talent.
The everis University invests up to €9 million annually to train its professionals. The company also provides everyone with a personal tutor in line with its new mentoring methodology.
David Costa, head of everis UK, says "despite having a presence of less than two years in the most mature market in the world, we have found our niche, thanks primarily through word of mouth among our clients. This has allowed us to work with large global companies, making our approach increasingly attractive for both our clients and our professionals".
Europe: Belgium doubled turnover
In Europe, it was in both the UK and Belgium where everis grew by more than double in terms of revenue; the UK grew from €6 to €13 million and the Belgium office increased its revenue from €16 to €32 million euros. Meanwhile, the Italian and Portuguese markets also recorded a rise in revenue from the previous year. Everis Italy
increased its turnover by 17% (achieving €34.4 million), while the Portuguese office grew by 18% (reaching €17.2 million) – despite adverse market conditions in both countries.
The Americas: an increase in business to €197 million
As for the Americas, business grew by 11%; achieving a turnover of €197 million. It is worth highlighting in particular the growth in the Brazilian market, which reached a turnover of €52 million, representing a rise of 18% compared to the same period in the previous year. This upward trend was also recorded in Mexico (+10% to €32.1 million) and Peru (+38% to €22 million). It is also worth emphasising that the US market increased revenues by 27% reaching an excellent €17 million.
‘Industry’ is everis’ fastest-growing business division
Looking at the business areas, ‘Banking’ remained the most important for the company in terms of volume in the last fiscal year, accounting for 33% of company turnover worldwide. The division that grew most was ‘Industry’, increasing its sales by 40% - reaching €115 million.
Also of note was the increase in revenue in projects that use Information Technology to transform businesses in the Utilities sector, representing an increase in revenue of 16% to €114 million.
Forecast for this fiscal year
This fiscal year, the everis Group expects to maintain strong growth at double-digit pace.
