Fred. Olsen Production ASA (FOP) is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (trades under the ticker "FOP") and has been active in the offshore oil & gas production business since 1994. FOP’s first day of listing was May 11th 2007. First Olsen Ltd. (FOL), a company owned 50% by Ganger Rolf ASA and 50% by Bonheur ASA is the main shareholder with 61.5% of the outstanding shares.

OSLO BØRS - SUSPENDED

See announcement regarding FOP on the 09.01.2014 concerning the compulsory acquisition of the company's shares. Oslo Børs and the Financial Superisory Authority of Norway have decided to suspend the shares and all orders have been withdrawn. This has been done to avoid incorrect registration of orders and trades in a situation where the company will no longer have any shares outstanding for trading. If a notification requirement for a member appears, Oslo Børs must be contacted for advice.

Compulsory acquisition - approval of guarantee

Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved payment guarantee pursuant to the Securities Trading Act section 6-22 3rd sub- section no. 3 in connection with compulsory acquisition ("squeeze-out") without preceding mandatory offer. Q3 2013 RESULT

Operating revenues in Q3 2013 were USD 29.4 million (USD 28.4 million in Q3 2012) with an EBITDA of USD 12.3 million (USD 14.5 million). After depreciation of USD 7.2 million (USD 7.1 million) the operating profit (EBIT) was USD 5.1 million (loss USD 7.4 million).The net financial expenses were USD 0.4 million (USD 1.5 million). Annual General Meeting

Fred. Olsen Production ASA held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Wednesday 29 May 2013. All proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the agenda for the AGM which was sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 7 May 2013. Today, the AGM of Fred. Olsen Production ASA has approved the financial statements and annual report of Fred. Olsen Production ASA and the Fred. Olsen Production Group of Companies for fiscal 2012. New CFO

Brad Neve will be replacing Jørn Røkaas as CFO of Fred. Olsen Production ASA with immediate effect. Brad is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining FOP as Finance Controller in 2007, Brad held the position of Audit Manager with Deloitte AS. FOP would like to take the opportunity to thank outgoing CFO Jørn Røkaas for his long and excellent service to the company and the group, and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.

Q4 2012 REPORT AND PRELIMINARY RESULT 2012

Revenues in Q4 2012 were USD 29.0 million (USD 27.8 million in Q4 2011) with an EBITDA of USD 10.0 million (USD 13.5 million). After depreciation of USD 7.1 million (USD 32.5 million whereof vessel impairment comprises USD 25 million) the operating profit (EBIT) was USD 2.9 million (loss USD 19.0 million). The EBITDA for the year 2012 was USD 44.6 million (USD 43.7 million in 2011), with an EBIT of USD 16.2 million (loss USD 12.0 million).
