Hotelympia New Product: FRIMA’s Compact VarioCooking Center

FRIMA has released more details of its brand new VarioCooking Center, on show at Hotelympia 2014.

The new model, called the 112T, is a compact unit, designed to bring the benefits of the FRIMA multifunction capabilities to restaurants and smaller kitchens. The radical design means caterers can fit a kettle, tilting pan, bratt pan, griddle and fryer on a table top! Measuring just 962mm wide by 800mm deep and 400mm high, it has two 14 litre pans which can be used to boil, grill, fry, low temperature cook and deep fry, precisely and easily, all in one unit.

Each pan can produce, for example, 60 burgers per hour, 12kg of French fries per hour, or 6kg of tagliatelle per hour.  

Like its larger siblings, the compact FRIMA is up to four times as fast, and saves up to 40% in energy, compared to conventional appliances.
