Hotelympia New Product: FRIMA’s Compact VarioCooking Center

The new model, called the 112T, is a compact unit, designed to bring the benefits of the FRIMA multifunction capabilities to restaurants and smaller kitchens. The radical design means caterers can fit a kettle, tilting pan, bratt pan, griddle and fryer on a table top! Measuring just 962mm wide by 800mm deep and 400mm high, it has two 14 litre pans which can be used to boil, grill, fry, low temperature cook and deep fry,
