ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS’ COMMITTEE AND THE BOARD

At Ganger Rolf ASA’s Ordinary Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2011 Christian Fredrik Michelet and Aase Gudding Gresvig were re-elected as members of the Shareholders’ Committee.

At the subsequent meeting of the Shareholders’ Committee Fred. Olsen, Anna-Synnøve Bye, Andreas Mellbye and Pauline Walsh were all re-elected as Directors of the Board.
