New Director

The Shareholders’ Committee of Ganger Rolf ASA has elected Ms. Pauline Walsh as new Director replacing Mr. John C. Wallace. Ms Walsh is Chief Executive Officer of Fred. Olsen Limited, London, a position she took over from Mr. Wallace (72) who has now retired.
