Zero Accident Forum awards Gasum occupational safety level classification Approaching the World’s Forefront
The Zero Accident Forum has awarded Gasum occupational safety classification at Level II – Approaching the World’s Forefront – for efforts made towards continuous improvement of health and safety at work.
The Zero Accident Forum awards level classifications to its member workplaces that have successfully promoted occupational safety. Safety level classifications are based on an examination of aspects including the rate and seriousness of accidents in the workplace. A further criterion is that procedures for accident investigations and reporting on near-misses and dangerous situations must be in use.
The Zero Accident Forum awarded occupational safety level classifications to 78 member workplaces in Finland that have invested in the continuous improvement of their occupational safety. Gasum was awarded Level II – Approaching the World’s Forefront – among a total of 28 companies.
