Gearhouse Broadcast Selected as Sole UK & Ireland Approved Dealer for LAWO’s Video Products
Agreement includes distribution and technical support for powerful V__pro 8 single-box multipurpose video processor
IBC2013, Hall 10 Stand 10.B39, 13 September 2013 – Gearhouse Broadcast, a leading broadcast services specialist, has been appointed as sole UK and Ireland approved dealer by broadcast technology specialist LAWO for its range of video products, including the powerful V__pro 8 multipurpose video processor.
LAWO’s V__pro 8 combines a number of different capabilities in one tool, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and greatest operating safety at significantly reduced cost. It can handle multiple video signal formats as well as audio and video conversion. The single box offers high quality monitoring, sample rate conversion, colour correction and embedding and de-embedding within a tiny footprint. The 1U rack unit can be used in an OB, studio or audio environment and eliminates the need for multiple products, making it ideal for installations where space is at a premium. Its modern HTML5 GUI provides an easy-to-use interface for day-to-day work.
As part of the agreement, Gearhouse Broadcast will supply LAWO video products directly to its customers and provide inclusive local support packages. It will also specify the products on installation projects that its specialist Systems Integration team undertake.
