Nomination Committee proposes Professor Kristian Samuelsson to be elected new Board member in Getinge AB (publ) at the Annual General Meeting 2021

Getinge’s Nomination Committee proposes that Kristian Samuelsson, Professor of orthopaedic surgery at the University of Gothenburg and senior consultant in orthopaedic surgery at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, is elected new member of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2021. Kristian Samuelsson is proposed to succeed Johan Stern, who has declined re-election.

The Nomination Committee also proposes an unchanged number of Board members. The Nomination Committee’s additional proposals and statement will be presented in connection with the notice to the Annual General Meeting.

Getinge’s Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2021 consists of the Chairman of the Board, Johan Malmquist, as well as representatives from the following owners listed by size; Carl Bennet, Chairman of the Nomination Committee,(Carl Bennet AB) Per Colleen(Fjärde AP-fonden), Marianne Nilsson, (Swedbank Robur), Anna Sundberg (SHB Fonder & Liv) and Sophie Nachemson-Ekwall (representing minority shareholders).
