Options program for executive management at Getinge Industrier's US companies

Options program for executive management at Getinge Industrier's US companies Getinge Industrier has introduced an options program for executive management at its US subsidiaries. The program covers around 20 executives and totals 310,000 options. The options program runs from 25 January 2000 to 25 January 2005. The option's strike price will be calculated as the difference between the initial value of SEK 97.55 and the rate in force on the day of redemption. The options holder has the right to redeem a fifth of the issued options for each full year of employment. The Getinge Group has drawn up an insurance contract that fully covers any possible price surge during the options' duration. The annual charge for the insurance cover is calcultated to SEK 500,000.
