Reference is made to the announcement on 2 July 2018, relating to Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's ("Gjensidige" or the "Company") sale of Gjensidige Bank ASA ("Gjensidige Bank") to Nordea, as well as the entry into a strategic mutual distribution partnership between Gjensidige and Nordea. The transaction has been approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority and the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Gjensidige Bank ASA refers to the announcement on 12 December 2018, and the bank has today issued an Additional Tier 1 bond issue with perpetual tenor in the amount of NOK 75 million with a coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 3.60% p.a.
