Changes in Gjensidige’s senior management

Executive Vice President (EVP) Trond Delbekk (47) will shift responsibility from Private to Commercial. Hege Yli Melhus (36) will join the senior management as EVP Private.

 

EVP Trond Delbekk has hitherto been in charge of business area Private, and will shift to Commercial.  Bjørn Walle (60) leaves the senior management, and will assume other responsibilities in the company.
-Bjørn Walle has deciced to leave the senior management, and I am grateful that he will remain in vital positions in the company, CEO Helge Leiro Baastad says.

Hege Yli Melhus comes from a position as CEO of the manning company Agito Nordic. She has also been Executive Vice President of the publicly listed energy company Hafslund, where she was responsible for the business area Markets. She holds a Master’s degree in Business from Université Paris IX Dauphine, France, and has been a member of several boards.
