Gro Sjølie Baastad, closely related party to Helge Leiro Baastad, CEO in

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, has today bought 500 shares in Gjensidige at NOK

199.50 per share. Baastad and closely related parties hold 65 232 shares in

Gjensidige after the transaction.
