Gjensidige Forsikring ASA: Chairman of the board Inge K. Hansen do not seek re-election

Inge K. Hansen has informed the Nomination Committee in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA that he does not wish re-election in 2018. Hansen has been Chairman of the Board in Gjensidige since 2008.

-I am thankful for many inspiring and eventful years as Chairman. The company has experienced solid growth and development, with the IPO in 2010 as an important milestone. Today, Gjensidige is one of the largest companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange. After 10 years as Chairman, it is time to pass on this responsibility, says Inge K. Hansen.

The Nomination Committee will immediately start the process to find Hansen’s successor.
