The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will be held Monday 25 May 2020 at 17:00 (CET), at Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's head office, Schweigaards gate 21, 0191 Oslo.

The notice including agenda for the General Meeting and appendices are attached to this disclosure. The notice will be sent to shareholders 30 April 2020.
