AC Invest Eight B.V. has subscribed for 4 987 654 new shares in Glaston Oyj Abp in a directed share issue. The new shares have been registered on 9 April 2019. Following the directed share issue as well as the cancellation of certain shares, the new total number of shares registered in Glaston Oyj Abp is 45 976 316. AC Invest Eight B.V. has crossed the 20% and 25% thresholds from 17,52% to 25,61%.
Ahlström Capital Oy owns the entire share capital of Ahlström Capital B.V., and Ahlström Capital B.V. owns the entire share capital of AC Invest Eight B.V.
