Notification of Change in Holdings according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Glaston Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act as follows:

Yleisradion eläkesäätiö´s (Yleisradio Pension Fund) share of the total number of shares and voting rights in Glaston Corporation has fallen below 5 per cent.

In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we hereby notify the Financial Supervisory Authority and Glaston Corporation as follows:

1. Name of the issuer of shares: Glaston Corporation

2. Reason for the flagging notification: sale of shares on the stock exchange

3. Name and business identity code of the shareholder subject to the notification obligation: Yleisradion eläkesäätiö, Business ID 0117163-7

4. Date of change in holdings: 18 September 2013

5. Share of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer: below 5 per cent

6. Share ownership in previous flagging release dated 11 March 2013:  Number of shares and voting rights 10,481,369 shares representing 5.41 per cent of the total amount of 193,708,336 Glaston Corporation shares.
