Breaking the silence through forum theatre, dealing with harassment in the hotel and tourism industry, activating bystanders and leading prevention in the workplace. These are some of the topics discussed Litteraturhuset in Oslo on October 30. Working life representatives, researchers and ministers from several Nordic countries meet for dialogue and results from the Nordic Council of Ministers' research programme on sexual harassment in working life.

Violence, harassment and other forms of vulnerability in working life are major social challenges, with serious consequences for individuals and work organizations. At the same time, there are large knowledge gaps in terms of methods for preventing and preventing violence and harassment, protecting those at risk and acting proactively in work environments.

At the Nordic conference: Prevent and Intervene - Ending Sexual Harassment at Work, 30 October 12:00-16:00 in Litteraturhuset, the five projects funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers' research initiative on sexual harassment in working life 2021-2023 will present their results.

A new Nordic anthology on sexual harassment is also presented: Nordic anthology on sexual harassment | University of Gothenburg (gu.se)

Norway's Minister of Gender Equality Lubna Jaffery will give a keynote speech and Iceland's Prime Minister and Minister of Gender Equality Katrín Jakobsdóttir and the Faroese Minister of Social Affairs and Culture, Sirið Stenberg will sum up the day.
