Grande Cuisine showcases modular CAPIC range at The Restaurant Show

Grande Cuisine is set to showcase several products from their successful CAPIC and Adventys range, including a newly commissioned all-electric CAPIC suite set to be installed at Lakes Distillery, in Bassenthwaithe, Cumbria.The all-electric suite is powered by Grande Cuisine’s CAPIC range, and will be responsible for supporting and enabling one of only two Whisky distillery’s in England. The suite is comprised of two electric fryers, three 2-zoned radiant hobs, two 500mm wide planchas, one 800mm Plancha, three radiant hobs, two heated drawers and numerous open cupboards for storage.
