Green Landscaping Group establishes itself in Germany

On October 1, Stephan Stieglauer will assume the position as Regional Manager in Germany for Green Landscaping Group. Stephan Stieglauer will be based in our office that will open in Munich in October.

In June, Green Landscaping Group entered the continental European market with the acquisition of Schmitt & Scalzo, based outside Frankfurt. The entry into Germany followed a two-year preparation period analyzing and understanding the market. Johannes Vock, with many years of experience from the Group's acquisition activities, will in focus on the DACH region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, going forward.

- Our ambition is to continue our growth journey, not least through continued expansion in Germany. The entry into the German market is important to us and to ensure that we succeed, we are building a solid platform. The platform consists of several different parts, where we have now got most of it in place with a strengthened M&A capacity, a Regional Manager and an office in Munich. We have been working with Johannes Vock for some time now and I am pleased that he now once again chooses to become part of our team and can continue the successful work he started. Stephan Stieglauer has a long and successful career where he has repeatedly succeeded in developing businesses. Stephan Stieglauer comes most recently from a position as Commercial Managing Director of Franz Kiel GmbH, and has previously held senior positions at Nosta, Senator International and Interstuhl. He holds a Diploma in Engineering from the University of Ulm, an MBA from the University of Augsburg and a Legum Magister in corporate restructuring from the University of Heidelberg. Stephan Stieglauer is 52 years old and lives in Oberndorf, northwest of Munich. He will take up his position on 1 October 2023.

In October, Green Landscaping Group opens an office for Germany. The office is located in central Munich, Bavaria and will serve as a hub for further expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
