Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst acquires the assets in Borås Markentrepenad

Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst, a part of the Green Landscaping group, has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Borås Markentreprenad AB. Through the acquisition, Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst strengthens its position in the outdoor environment market in western Sweden.

Borås Markentreprenad was established in 1989 and offers services in landscaping and construction to both the private and public sectors. The asset acquisition includes machines, inventories, order book and customer contacts. The company’s 7 employees will be offered employment in Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst. The acquisition is estimated to contribute with SEK 10 million to the group’s annual sales.
