About Us

Founded by former Miami Dolphin player Alphonso Roundtree, the GridIron Foundation of Triumph (G.I.F.T.) provides youth with success mentoring through athletic, academic, and wellness programing. The G.I.F.T.’s purpose is to prepare youth for success, while giving them the tools to accomplish their dreams. The G.I.F.T. utilizes the expertise of current and former professionals, in which they instill skills, characteristics and qualities in its youth and sharing with them firsthand life lessons of how they can accomplish their goals. Demonstrating to adolescents and teens the importance of dedication, confidence, professionalism, motivation, hard-work, teamwork and leadership, The G.I.F.T. is exceling youth into leaders with strong and healthy foundations for life.
