Change of the Group management

Henrik Dietrichsen, Senior Vice President of H+H International A/S, is leaving on 30 June 2012.

H+H is well on the way with a turnaround, under which both strategy and organisation have undergone and will continue to undergo changes. Henrik has been a very active and constructive participant in this, and it is as part of this process that we have come to a mutual agreement on his departure by weighing up his wishes for the future and the opportunities within H+H.

Henrik has been employed with H+H since 2001, including as Managing Director of H+H Danmark A/S, and in November 2008 he became area responsible for all of H+H’s activities in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium, and at the same time he was appointed Managing Director of H+H Deutschland GmbH. Henrik moved back to Denmark in the second half of 2011, but remained in post in Germany.

H+H would like to thank Henrik for his efforts and the significant results he has achieved over the years, including the successful turnaround within his areas of responsibility.
