Industry CEO joins Haeger & Carlsson to lead Nordic expansion

Haeger & Carlsson (H&C) has recruited Helena Strigård as Chief Executive Officer and partner to lead the company's journey of expansion into the Nordic market. The mission is to become the leading player in executive search and interim services within life science in the Nordics. Helena comes most recently from the role of CEO at the pharmaceutical manufacturer NorthX Biologics and was previously the CEO of the industry organization SwedenBIO. Rolf Carlsson, who co-founded the company with Gunilla Haeger, will thus take on a new role in the company as Chairman of the Board and business
