Hafslund – Amended summons to bond- and commercial paper-holder meetings

Reference is made to notice to the stock exchange with summons to bond- and commercial paper-holder meetings dated 13 June 2017.

Hafslund ASA has decided to amend the fee offered for approval of the proposal in the summons. Please find enclosed letter from Nordic Trustee ASA to the bond- and commercial paper-holders.
