Due to the transaction announced in Stock exchange notice on 13 June 2017, a de-merger of Hafslund ASA has taken place. Effective from 4 August 2017, the company Nye Hafslund AS (org.no. 918 705 066) will be the debtor of all bonds and commercial papers formerly issued by Hafslund ASA:

The company Nye Hafslund AS will at the same time change its name to Hafslund AS.
