Hafslund – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to notice given 28 November 2013.

In connection with the share offer to all permanent employees in the Hafslund Group a further 18,000 B-shares were transferred to employees in Hafslund on 5 December 2013. Following this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 170,411 class B-shares. The company does not hold any Hafslund A-shares.
