Hafslund – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to stock exchange notice given 18 June 2015.

In connection with the share offer to all permanent employees in the Hafslund Group a further 1,720 B-shares were transferred to employees in Hafslund today. Following this transaction, Hafslund's balance of own shares is 263,289 class B-shares and 1 class A-share.
