Hafslund – Notice from bondholder meeting

Reference is made to notices to the stock exchange with summons to bond- and commercial paper-holder meetings dated 13, 22 and 26 June 2017.

Bondholder meeting was held today, please see attached notice from Nordic Trustee ASA. The proposal in the summons was approved in all bond issues.
