Hafslund - Sells 35% in Fredrikstad Nett while maintaining its 49% stake in the parent company FEAS

Hafslund has signed an agreement with Fredrikstad Energi AS (FEAS) to sell its 35% stake in Fredrikstad Nett AS (FEN) to the parent company FEAS. FEAS will after the transaction own 100% of the shares in FEN. Hafslund maintains its 49% ownership in the parent company FEAS. The sale of the shares will facilitate a more optimal ownership structure in FEAS with the goal of increased operational efficiency and future growth. Hafslund's share of 35% in FEN is sold at book value of NOK 315 million. In addition, Hafslund will receive dividend from FEN for the fiscal year 2015. Hafslund became the owner of FEAS and FEN through the acquisition of Fortum's grid activities in Norway in May 2014.
