HNA/HNB – Heidi Ulmo new CFO in Hafslund

Heidi Ulmo will take the position as Hafslund’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), from mid-August 2012.

Ms. Ulmo (born 1972) has since June 2010 held the position as Director DNB Markets, Corporate Finance. Prior to that she served as CFO in Infratek ASA (2007-2010) and vice president of investor relations and corporate strategy in Hafslund ASA (2005-2007). Ms. Ulmo has also been project manager in Carnegie’s Investment Banking division in Oslo (2000-2005) and has previous experience from PwC in London (1998-2000) as well as McKinsey in Oslo (1996-97).

Ms. Ulmo holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and BA joint honours in Finance & Management Science from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Ms. Ulmo is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
