Halfords launch #31FitterDays campaign, encouraging people to get active and get involved!
This January Halfords are launching #31FitterDays on Facebook, encouraging people to get more active. Whether that's jogging up the stairs instead of taking the lift, taking a stroll through the park or hitting the gym.
Halfords #31FitterDays exercise plan has been developed by qualified personal trainer and certified nutritionist Mo Jabbar. He has years of experience helping people reach their health & fitness goals, and will be sharing his top fitness tips with us every week on our Facebook/HalfordsUK page.
Each day will feature a choice of exercises for participants to complete. This could be a walk, a bike ride or a set of stretches, by by working your way through the plan you should start to notice a real improvement to your fitness levels - perfect timing after the Christmas food and drink!
