MOTORISTS ADVISED TO PREPARE FOR A POLAR PLUNGE
With weather forecasters predicting a particularly harsh winter, Halfords is advising drivers not to get caught out by the cold. Planning ahead is vital for the nation to keep moving as the temperatures plunge.
