SkyTower, the landmark of Bucharest, will be equipped with Halton’s indoor climate solution

Raiffeisen Property InternationaI GmbH’s SkyTower will be the new landmark of Bucharest, Romania. The tallest building of the city will provide Class A+ office facilities equipped with Halton’s indoor climate solution. The solution is based on energy efficient multi-service chilled beams which offer an excellent indoor climate.  

SkyTower will offer Bucharest’s highest quality office spaces with magnificent views over the city. Raiffeisen Property InternationaI GmbH’s new landmark has 37,100 m² of rentable high quality office space. The 37-storey high-riser will host the headquarters of Raiffeisen Bank in Romania, on five floors. Once completed at the end of 2012, the 137 meter high Sky Tower will become the tallest building in Bucharest.

SkyTower’s Class A+ rated offices are designed to adapt to tenants varying needs efficiently. Halton supplies adaptable indoor climate solution based on multi-service chilled beams to meet the requirements. The chilled beams are equipped with lights and a space for a sprinkler system. The multi-service beams’ operation is adjusted automatically by presence-sensors. This ensure demand based operation and excellent energy efficiency.
