Handelsbanken Fonder’s Board of Directors has elected to appoint Emma Viotti as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Handelsbanken Fonder AB. She currently serves as Deputy CEO and Head of Products at Handelsbanken Fonder. XACT OMXC25 – Sustainability alignment and name change

We will be changing the fund rules for the XACT OMXC25 exchange-traded fund (UCITS ETF) on 1 September 2023.   Change to a sustainability indexThe fund will be switching to an index that has sustainability requirements for the companies included in the index. This does not result in any substantial changes to the fund’s investment focus or risk level, nor does it lead to any additional costs for you. In conjunction with the switch to a sustainability index, the fund will transition from a so-called Article 6 fund to one that will be reported as an Article 8 fund pursuant to SFDR [1].

Handelsbanken Fonder AB has taken the decision to delist three exchange-traded XACT-funds in Norway

Delisting and closure of three exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that are currently admitted for trading on Oslo Børs: XACT OBX (UCITS ETF) XACT OBX Bull (UCITS ETF) XACT OBX Bear (UCITS ETF) Handelsbanken Fonder AB has taken the decision to delist and close the exchange-traded funds XACT OBX (UCITS ETF), XACT OBX Bull (UCITS ETF) and XACT OBX Bear (UCITS ETF). The last day to sell fund units on the stock exchange will be 10 November 2021. Sell orders can be submitted in the normal manner through your Internet bank, broker or bank office and standard commission fees will apply.

Correction to previous information regarding index for XACT OMXS30 (UCITS ETF)

In our press release dated 16 June 2021, we provided information regarding a change to the index and the name of the fund as of 1 July 2021.
