Chairman of the Board acquires shares

Through a holding company, Hansa Medical’s Chairman of the Board, Bo Håkansson, has increased his shareholding in Hansa Medical AB by 52,500 shares. Following the acquisition, Bo Håkansson’s holding company, Farstorps Gård Förvaltnings AB, now holds 1,465,489 shares in Hansa Medical, corresponding to a participating interest of 37.3 percent. The Hansa Medical share has been traded on First North under the ticker symbol HMED since October 17, 2007, and the company’s certified adviser is Kaupthing Bank.
