Havsfrun Investment AB has been listed on the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm since 1994 and has shareholders' equity of approximately SEK 100 million, invested in short-term financial assets, as well as approximately 8,800 shareholders. The Company pursues an opportunistic strategy, identifying business opportunities that have the potential to enhance shareholder value. Havsfrun seeks to capitalize on and commercialize the strategic advantages associated with its own stock exchange listing. Havsfrun's operations are divided into three business areas: -Sponsorship of, and active ownership in, acquisition companies.-Investments in companies with the objective of becoming publicly listed.-Management of the Company's own capital.
