Heimstaden Bostad AB successfully priced EUR 500 million senior unsecured fixed rate notes. The notes have a maturity of five years and carry a coupon of 3.875%. The proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes.An application will be made for the notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin. Heimstaden Bostad AB successfully priced SEK 1.3 billion senior unsecured floating rate notes. The notes have a maturity of two years and carries a floating rate to maturity of 3 months STIBOR plus 2.00 percent. The proceeds will be used for liability management as well as for general corporate purposes. An application will be made for the notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin. The final terms, once published, will be made available on both Euronext Dublin and www.heimstadenbostad.com. Danske Bank and Nordea Bank acted as bookrunners.

Heimstaden Bostad AB successfully priced SEK 1.1 billion floating rate note. The notes have a maturity of three years and carry a floating rate to maturity of 3 months STIBOR plus 240 bps. The proceeds will be used for liability management. An application will be made for the notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin. Heimstaden Bostad Secures a New Seven-Year EUR 725 Million Loan

Heimstaden Bostad, through its subsidiary Heimstaden Holding 1 B.V., successfully refinances part of its portfolio in the Netherlands through a new sustainability-linked secured credit facility with maturity in 2031. The EUR 725 million financing replaces an existing secured bank loan with maturity in 2026 and brings in net new proceeds of EUR 200 million. The new facility will benefit the maturity profile as well as the overall cash position of Heimstaden Bostad. Net proceeds will be used for liability management. Heimstaden Bostad AB Cancel NOK Bonds Held on Own Book

Today Heimstaden Bostad AB cancelled a portion of the senior unsecured floating rate bonds under ISIN NO0010838899 (the “NOK Bonds”). The total amount is NOK 428 million, which corresponds to the total amount of the NOK Bonds previously repurchased by Heimstaden Bostad. The maturity date of the NOK Bonds is 7 June 2024, and the cancellation of the NOK Bonds is made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the NOK Bonds. After this cancellation, the total nominal amount remaining in the NOK Bonds is NOK 72 million.
