Heimstaden successfully issues subsequent bonds of SEK 250 million

Bond issue

Heimstaden AB (publ) (“Heimstaden”) has successfully issued subsequent bonds in the total amount of SEK 250 million under the framework of Heimstaden’s existing maximum SEK 1,750 million senior unsecured floating rate notes with ISIN SE0012622249. Heimstaden has previously issued bonds of SEK 1,500 million, meaning that the total framework is now fully utilized.

The bonds have a tenor of four years and a floating interest rate of STIBOR three months plus 325 bps and will mature on May 31, 2023. Heimstaden intends to apply for listing of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea has acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the subsequent bond issue and Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal counsel.
