Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) announces that the Financing Condition of the voluntary total redemption of the outstanding senior unsecured floating rate bond with ISIN SE0009664337 has been satisfied

Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) (the “Company”) announced, via a press release, 26 June 2020 that they exercised its call option to total redemption of the outstanding unsecured floating rate bond with ISIN SE0009664337 (the "Bonds"). The total redemption was conditioned upon another Market Loan being issued to refinance the Bonds ("Financing Condition").

The Company today announces that the Financing Condition is satisfied, and that the total redemption of the Bonds will take place 17 July 2020.
