Fitch affirms Hemsö´s credit rating A+ with stable outlook

The credit rating agency Fitch Ratings affirms Hemsö’s long-term credit rating A+ with stable outlook and Hemsö’s short-term credit rating F1+ in its annual credit rating of the issuer.

Hemsö is Sweden’s leading owner of properties for public use. The business is based on sustainably owning, managing and developing properties for nursing home, education, health care and the judicial system. Hemsö has properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland.
