Hemsö acquires the Altona District Court in central Hamburg. The City of Hamburg is the tenant under a 10-year lease agreement. The property comprises 9,800 square meters of lettable area, and Hemsö’s investment amounts to EUR 24 million.The district court building was completed in 1878 and has been used continuously as a courthouse ever since. The property has been listed as a protected historic building since 1981 and has undergone ongoing renovations through to 2026. Hemsö updates Sustainability Finance Framework and enables issuance of EU Green Bonds

Hemsö has updated its Sustainability Finance Framework (Framework) in accordance with the International Capital Market Association’s (ICMA)Green Bond Principles and Social Bond Principles.
