Hemsö announces tender offer for certain outstanding notes

Hemsö Fastighets AB (publ) (“Hemsö”) today announces an invitation to holders of Hemsö’s EUR 300 million notes due 2029 with ISIN XS1632767718 to sell their notes for cash.

Hemsö currently proposes to accept up to EUR 100m in aggregate principal amount, but reserves the right to accept less or more than this amount. Further details and instructions relating to the tender offer are set out in the tender offer memorandum dated 7 June 2024 which (subject to offer and distribution restrictions) is available through Kroll Issuer Services Limited at the following link: https://deals.is.kroll.com/hemso

The tender offer will expire at 17.00 CEST on 14 June 2024, unless extended, reopened, withdrawn or terminated. The settlement date of the Tender Offer is expected to be on or around 19 June 2024.
